Cambridge-founded food truck serving traditional North African, Levantine and Mediterranean cuisine. Spices imported from Morocco and locally sourced produce where possible. Run by Karim Rerizani (owner of Cambridge restaurants Bedouin and Al Casbah) and Rickie Pledger. Available for events, weddings and outdoor functions.
