Using Nom Nom Navigator

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate information when registering — one account per person.

Food truck operators

If you list a food truck on the platform, you are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, including your schedule, menu, and location information. You must have the right to use any photos or content you upload — do not upload material you do not own or have permission to use.

Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on your own first-hand experience. Do not post fake, spam, or defamatory reviews. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or automated-harvest data from the service
• Impersonate another person or business
• Use the service to harass, spam, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service

Service availability

The service is provided as-is. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or are used in a way that harms other users or the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
